I have to admit that I was skeptical about what the quality of a wool rug at this price point would be. I was also concerned about how long it would take for what I found out would be an international shipment. Both concerns were non-issues, as it turns out. My rug is absolutely beautiful, thick and saturated with color. You'd never know what I paid for it, it looks expensive. When I reached out for customer service I got a quick and helpful answer. The DHL shipping alerts were great and let me know where the rug was every step of the way. I'm very satisfied and would happily do business with Restoration and Renovation again. Thank you!

I’ve had this rug out about 6 weeks and it’s falling apart. It began right away. It sheds constantly and little strings stick out no matter how much I vacuum. Don’t recommend!

For my new home I wanted a very unique rug and colorful. This was saved in a cart and no matter where else I looked I kept coming back to this for my bedroom. Also picked another colorful one for my livingroom. Delivery came fast and I didn't give 5 star only because some of the wool was out and not intact. Not sure if I should cut it or what to do. Have to do my research. Beautiful colors and the shape filled up my room beautifully. I ordered a 9 by 10.

I was worried about buying this frog since there were so little reviews. But I'm really glad I did! It is so cute and has really changed my space. When it first came, it smelled of an interesting odor, but they have care instructions that let you know the odor leaves within a few days. It's very comfortable and I've already received multiple compliments. Well worth it!

I recently redecorated my condo in a mid century modern style. I was tired of the same old boring mid century rugs with the rainbow looking things on them when i found restoration and renovation in a google search. I purchased the Modern Colorful Palette Irregular Shape Runner Wool Area Rug in Desert because the colors looked perfect to fit my theme.

The shops customer service was first class. I accidentally purchased two runners when i meant to purchase one. A quick email to them and the sale was reversed for a refund on the one rug I purchased by mistake!

When i received the rug, it cane very well packages. I for one noticed no strange odor upon opening and this wool runner definitely does not shed as bad as some other wool rugs i have had. I love the look and the irregular shape. I definitely get compliments on the rug all the time.

My one caution to potential buyers is that these colors appear more muted in the photos online than they actually are. In person the red and yellow are very vibrant. Not necessarily a negative, just something to note when considering buying. These rugs do not blend in…they are statement pieces.

This neutral color rug is versatile, soft, and durable, seamlessly fitting into any room. The delivery took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.

I have had this rug for about one week now and it meets my expectations. I was nervous about ordering from here without seeing the rug in person. It is beautiful, heavy, and well-constructed at first glance - no loose threads. The color is just as expected and stands out in my dining room. It came nicely rolled but I needed to place something heavy on the edges to flatten it - the edges flattened after one day. Please note that since this is a wool rug, there is shedding but I have been trying to vacuum the rug often to minimize the shedding. I can't help but stare at the rug whenever I pass by. I am so glad I made this purchase!

The rug is beautiful and arrived in great condition, though one corner was a bit crinkled from shipping. We have a really odd-shaped space and the large-size (9’) round rug, with neutral but distinct patterning really helps it settle together. Additionally, this was an exchange rug because the first that I ordered was not a good color for my space, and the return process was smooth and flawless. Highly recommend. Wish I needed more rugs!

Vibrant colors

I’ve been looking for a rug that compliments the mood in my dining room. I finally found it! This rug is absolutely gorgeous! If you have any kind of style, you’ll quickly realize this rug is a must have! It goes amazing with my dinning room decor. (I am paining the china cabinet to match it).

I reached out to the vendor by email, the response was quick. Service was impeccable and delivery was quick.

We ordered 2 wool carpets and we love them. They fit beautifully in our new home.

The rug colors were as expected and are vibrant. The wool is tightly hooked and nicely shaped to add more depth to the pattern. It is thick and cushy. The backing looks loose and a bit weak. We’ll see how that goes. But for the price I am pleased. What a pop of color.

It looks great, rolled out fairly flat from the beginning and came quickly. Everyone that comes in loves it.
